PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lesson length - 30 minutes

Cost per lesson - $22

Payment terms - Requested in full for the coming month. 4 or 5 weeks, depending on how many weeks there are in the coming month

Payment method - Cash or check. Please make checks out to Cathryn Leasure. A receipt will be given regardless of payment method

Lesson location - Usually school premises

Missed lessons - 24 hours notice required, otherwise payment is expected. If 24 hours notice is given, a make-up lesson will be scheduled.
